Usually I’m all about waffles. But I also have massive love for perfect pancakes. For me that means massive, fluffy insides, with a perfectly smooth brown top, and some fruit of some kind — either baked into said pancake, or as a compote on top.

Favorite pancakes
My favorite pancakes come from Maui’s Kihei Caffe. They’re HUGE and covered in blueberries, or bananas and macadamia nuts. One of my greatest accomplishments in life was finishing entire stack all by myself.
